(On arrival pick up from the airport .Accommodation before the tour starts can be arranged at an extra cost )
Pick up from your place of stay at 0800hrs and drive to our office for briefing purposes .Meru is approximately 35o km from the capital Nairobi . Drive through the Thika SuperHighway from Nairobi towards Meru .There is a stopover along the way .Arrival at Meru National Park is in the afternoon .Check in at the lodge or camp and have a snack and relax before an evening game drive .After the game drive dinner is served at the lodge or camp and for overnight stay .
The day starts with breakfast served at the camp or lodge .Packed lunch is carried for extensive game viewing throughout the day .Explore the part with your guide with a visit to Murera River and Ura River to see crocodiles, watch birds and Hippopotamus, Adamson fall as well as former home of Joy and George Adamson. Have you Picnic lunch and continue with the game drive till evening. Just to mention some of the animals that you may see in this park: Herds of Elephant, Herds of Buffalos, Black and white Rhino, Leopard, Cheetahs, Water buck, Bush Baby, Giraffes, Zebras, Hyena, Impalas, Kudu, Wild dog, Baboons, vervet Monkeys among others. Later Return to the camp or lodge for Dinner and overnight stay .
Early morning breakfast is served and the last game drive of the safari .Spotting the sunrise and a number of animals then return to the camp or lodge for full breakfast and check out .Afterwards leave Meru National Park and drive to Samburu National Park .Arrival at Samburu National Park in the late afternoon .Check in at the lodge or safari camp .Refresh and relax at the lodge .An evening game drive at Samburu National Park . Ewaso Nyiro river flows through the park .Will be lucky to spot a number of animals that come to drink from the river in the evening .
After the game drive ;return to camp or lodge for dinner and overnight stay .
Full morning breakfast at the lodge or camp .Packed lunch is carried for an extensive game viewing during the day . Search for the unique species of animals that inhabit in this same reserve such as The gravy’s Zebra, Reticulated Giraffe, Necked Generuk and Biesa onyx. There also other animal species that are popular and can be found in the other parks and reserves in Kenya, they include Lion, Lioness, buffalos, Cheetahs, Zebra among others. Break for the Picnic lunch with the guide inside the park .After lunch game viewing continues upto 1700hrs . Leave the park for an optional activity with the local community either visit to the the local village or for a camel ride. Dinner and overnight at the camp or lodge .
Early morning breakfast snack at the camp or lodge and proceed for a final game drive within the reserve .After spotting some wildlife return to lodge or camp for full breakfast and check out .Then drive back to Nairobi where you can be dropped at the Airport or place of stay .
